Does not contain butyl cellosolve, which is common in many degreasers and surface cleaners, and has potential negative health effects. ECO-PWR is a water-based biodegradable, non-toxic all-purpose cleaner and degreaser. ECO-PWR is pH neutral and non-corrosive.
